Update for you guys!

The scar is medically called "episiotomy"

Episiotomy is an artificial cut practice on vagina (at "4 or 8 o'clock" position on a vagina conventional representation) to enlarge it at the end of a difficult labor.

Thus sure it is a scar, sure it is due to labor, but it is an artificial one
