CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR UPDATING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

When you decide to become our member you can choose between two payment gates - Epoch and CCBill. Both are very reliable, Epoch has a better customer support. You can cancel your recurring membership at the website of the payment gate at any time and you will naturally stay our member until the end of the current period (you won't be billed again).

LOST PASSWORD

Please send us an email (you can use the contact form below) and we will send you your forgotten password. Please use the same email address as the one you had registered with. If you need to update your email address, please e-mail us for instructions. CCBill allows updating in your profile at their website, Epoch does not.

SECURE AND DISCREET PAYMENTS

All payments are currently processed by Epoch or CCBill (you can make your own choice), the world's largest and most reliable adult payment processors. Payment info is always entered on secure (HTTPS) pages, we don't have access to your payment details (only the payment processor does) and the title of the site will NOT appear on the bill so don't worry about that. The name of the bill will be "Jiri Cupak" (the account owner).

DENIED PAYMENTS

Epoch usually processes almost all the payments. CCBill may require further authorization (and in that case the account may have to be created manually with a delay of up to several hours). In any case we can't do anything about denied payments - that is purely between the payment gate and your bank.

REACTIVATION OF A CANCELLED OR EXPIRED ACCOUNT

Epoch does allow to reactive a cancelled account. CCBill does not allow that. In any case, once the account expires (almost always it's a failed rebill due to the bank's decision) you have to join again, there's no option of reactivating an expired account.

OUR MODELS

A vast majority of our girls (more than 95%) are Czech models - not only we are based in Prague but also the most beautiful girls in the world live in this heart of Europe. FORMAT OF VIDEOS, STREAMING

All videos until March 2025 are in the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC format (MP4) while the newer ones are in H.265/HEVC - which in both cases was/is the most common video format in the world and all modern video players should be able to play it. Make sure you have the H.265 codecs installed in your device. For offline playing we always recommend the brilliant Pot Player because we use it ourselves :-)
