Remember that not every girl has a wide pussy. With some girls it's hard to make cervix shots. For example, Bambi has a very tight pussy and Bianca is the opposite. Some girls need to use some tools to let it gape properly, others just need their fingers.

Even with tools it can often be a problem, it's painful for some girls and we'll rather take shots of only partially open pussy than to force the model into something that would be painful for her. So I'd say there are two basic rules:
