The meaning of "omanko gaping" (I think) is that not the omanko it self opens but the omanko is opened by some another way or person and at the same time the girl is willing to be seen her omanko(inside). The omanko has almost no way to open by itself for enough size to view inside conditions. We need some tools(toys) or fingers. But the fingers are too thick and they block the view. I myself have registered myself before felt eternities with this web page, in order to live out my fetish. It's true that there are videos and models that don't match my preferences.
