Here are such productions like videoteenage.com or eurocoeds or domingoview or candygirlvideo done recently by one or two producers, who are willing to travel a little to small towns even in France. ZASADIT2B1 - it's not about investment, it's about time. Jiri is working 16 hours a day, 6-7 days a week (he's the cameraman for one other site - PJGirls doesn't earn us enough profit). When he had flu two years ago we had to postpone three days of PJGirls updates. There are basically no videos filmed in advance (that's why there's no "forthcoming updates" section). Every single day is important and we can't have any dropouts. It's risky but that's the way it is. Yes, he's not very good in organizing his work, that's his nature but I can't blame him when I see how hard he's working. That's why we have to rely on girls that are in Prague (or willing to travel to Prague). He can't leave the country and travel with his 200 kg of equipment to some risky poor post-Soviet country. There's nothing to gain and a lot to lose.
Over the years we've found out that there's very little impact of the content differences to the amount of customers. I mean we can bring 5 new expensive superstars and buy 8k equipment or something... and the result will be 5 new customers. The customer base of PJGirls is very stable and the amount of customers is basically fixed.

Thank You for your comments. Here are some suggestions: some post Soviet countries are risky - like Ukraine, some are not, like Latvia. Instead of taking 200 kg of equipment some people just take one Sony Alpha a7R IV Mirrorless Digital Camera and it does it all...Female assistant-photographer is very helpful to have for girls to relax. To try to open up girls/women who are not previously stretched by childbirth or toys is total waste of time and money. Models like Birachel in US are ready for any offer, but not have money to travel overseas...Littlelilly69, Littlelillyfckslut, Wwife, NatalieFlowers, Milly17, MoonChristine and similar might come to Prague. Most of body-able young women from post-Soviet poor countries are guest-working now in EU, most of them have smartphones with internet access - they could be coming for castings. Those are my thoughts.
